    Hi Kempis20,

Would need a closer look to detect this problem, PM me admin and FTP account and let me know which extensions you want to update via JA Extension manager, how do you want to change (some screenshots may be helpful here) so that I can help.

Also make sure that you clean all cache: JAT3 cache and browser cache after making changes.

    Regards

I’m having the same problem – changes I make in the admin panel don’t take effect in the front end. Menu changes, front page module edits, etc…

AND – in some cases I see the change take effect – but then at some point it reverts back.

For the most part content editing shows up OK.

Please help this is driving me nuts!

I had the exact same issues. They were all resolved when I clicked the left option (not sure if it’s enabled or disabled because of the way it’s displayed) in Template Manager: Edit Style – Cache Mode.

By default, the right option was selected.

    Hi There,

Please check out the screenshot http://prntscr.com/n1mx0 . You should disable cache and enable Development mode in JA Template setting and try disable joomla cache plugin in the development process.

Thanks for your help. Cache Mode doesn’t show on mine as an option. Here is a screenshot slightlymadmedia.com/nine.png

We have edited the template for look/feel (css and images) I hope you aren’t going to tell me there has been an update :p because I wouldn’t know how to do it and not lose all our work.

    Hi,

When you enable Development Mode, don’t worry because that means cache method of Template system is disabled.

Merry Xmas and happy new year 🙂

This might be the most frustrating template I have ever dealt with.

I can’t do anything on this template without ripping my hair out. I have disabled cache on anything and everything you can imagine, I have put the template into development mode, disabled optimize CSS and optimize JS…. And still, it makes me want to rip my hair out of my head.

Have tried that several times on everything. I’m going to update all the modules manually but I must say, I’ve been using your templates for years with minimal issues. Most of them being my fault or lack of coding experience.

But this template is def the exception to the rule.

I also need some clarification on some things with regards to updates.

The extension manager says that I need all these modules updated:

However when navigating to the Puresite Download section the version numbers do not match what the extension manager says is the most up to date version:

No, please check latest version on http://update.joomlart.com or in JA Extensions Manager component http://prntscr.com/z8qc6
