    Hi there

I’m wondering if you can help, I have been having issues upgrading the template, the template name has never changed but I kept getting a 500 internal error.

Anyway I’ve updated the template manually comparing the files that have changed before updating them.

Now when I go to the JA extension manager and click ‘check for updates’ it comes back with none found which is great!

However, in the main joomla update area the template update still appears. Clearing the cache and then clicking ‘find updates’ only makes it appear again.

Can you help me remove the update alert from the main joomla update area as JA Ext Manager seems happy it’s been updated?

    Many Thanks

    Hi,

This is a known issue as Joomla still cache the old info, you can flush the cache and it will be ok: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/how-to#Known_issues

    Regards
