I am working on a site using JA Rave quickstart and Joomla 2.5.8, http://mmi-systems-tn.com. I’ve made quite a few changes to the site now, and wanted to make sure I had the latest extensions since I keep getting notices in the control panel there are new updates.

I found the link to the Youtube upgrade video, but the backend of JA Rave does not look like the one in the video, and when I tried to upgrade the JA T3 plugin using the link for JoomlArt Updates, I got the following errors in the Joomla Arts Extensions Manager:

JA T3 Framework:

Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
    MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed

I don’t know where to make these changes, and finally gave up and used Local Service to upload the new version. But I still get the message there is an update for this plugin.

So I’m stumped as to whether or not I can even use this upgrade system you have. Is there an easier way to check for upgrades and install them? And why do they keep showing up on my control panel there are upgrades?

    Thanks,

As per my observation, you have not logged into JA Extensions Manager Component(JAEM) yet or your account does not have full permission to upgrade products.

So, if you get this message. Please check the following information:

+ You have provided account for “JoomlArt Updater Service” (Click on edit link of JoomlArt Updater Service on JAEM, you will see the form to enter you account into)

+ If you have already provided your account. Please confirm the product that you want to upgrade is belong to correct club that you have signed up.

    Regards
