Hi I’m having a problem installing/updating Ja Kranos template on Joomla 2.5!. I am trying to migrate the site to Joomla 3.x! and I need to update the template first. The current version I have is 2.5.2, joomlart extension manager is not working with the update of the template as well and it gives this error: 500 – Internal Server Error
-1 – An error has occurred.
Copy failed

When I try to install the template the usual way or install from directory I get this: Joomla!
-1 – An error has occurred.
Copy failed

It’s not a file permission issue, because I checked with the hosting company and other extensions install just fine.
Any ideas?

Hi

Did you try to install another FREE template from us? and see how it goes.

And please make sure that you download correct template package to install because normally, we have Quickstart package and template package in download section of each template.
