Hi,

This issue with free products download sometimes happens randomly. You can solve by clearing your browser cache & cookies , then login again to download the JA Extension Manager.

If you still cannot download JAEM, let me know and I will send the file to you manually instead.

In case want to update JA Megafilter without using JAEM, you just need to download the latest files HERE, then install it via Extension Manager at your site back-end manually.
