Hi,

I’m trying to update my license key.
In Components/Ja Voice I click on License and Help/License

Then I insert the Professional License key I just purchased for domain ischianews.com (verified it’s the same one in the confirmation email and on my member area) in place of the Trial License Key (which is much longer than the Professional License), but I get the following error:

Your license key is not accepted.
