Hello,

I recently parted ways with the webmaster that built my site using one of your templates and some of your extensions. I have since joined your service to update my site and the extensions he had used to build the website. I am now wondering how to I proceed from here and what steps do I need to take first?

Please take a BACKUP of your site before updating your site. And it’s recommended to use JA extension Manager (JAEM) Component for upgrade. Make sure you have the latest version of JAEM installed on your site.
