January 19, 2014 at 10:42 am #193866I noticed that every time I update the template I retrograde the backgrounds and the logo to the original version!
As I inverted backgrounds in the RtL version and customized the logo, I think they should not be a part of templat’s update if they are the same…
Or perhaps I missed something…

January 20, 2014 at 8:41 am #519046I wonder if you did update via JAEM or re-install templates manually?

</blockquote>If you change logo or background directly in the file “template.css”, then when updating via JAEM or manual re-installation, such file will be overridden. To avoid this, please consider tweak below:
– Add your customization into a new file “custom.css” stored in the folder “css”
Then, when updating the template, your customization in “custom.css” will not be overridden.

January 20, 2014 at 1:41 pm #519113Thanks, in some cases I got error message:
Unknown Archive type
Update path does not exist
Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.and I have to update the template manually.
I do not change the name of logo or customize its size for the moment as I have to succeed the RtL process in a compatible way with JA dev.

</blockquote>I guess you did update by Joomla extension manager. Since most our products are commercial, you could not update using Joomla option.
Please update iby Joomlart Extension Manager instead. The tool is available for download at: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=303. User guide to use the tool: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/Admin_Panel

January 22, 2014 at 4:15 am #519337Hi,
Joomla seems to still cache the old information. Please try going to Backend > Extensions Manager > Manager (tab) > select JA Smashboard template then click button Refresh Cache. Look at this screenshot for reference:
