May 5, 2010 at 6:07 pm #342741I’m getting the same problem. Text logo not displaying at all.
I’ve tried changing file permissions but still no joy.
I would imagine it’s something simple.. any help would be much appreciated.

May 6, 2010 at 1:49 pm #342819Hi Arvind,
Any thoughts on why I am seeing the double menu? One where the main menu should be and the other right below the headline. I don’t have a menu module published there…

May 6, 2010 at 2:03 pm #342822How did you perform the update?
May 6, 2010 at 6:08 pm #342838Hi Phil,
I used the JA Updater to do the update
May 8, 2010 at 8:48 pm #343047This is what I am getting. Now I know there must be a menu being loaded from some php page in the template, but I cannot determine which one, since I don’t see a module position being listed in that area, and also, no menu module is published in either the syndicate or headline position.
Just to reduce any ambiguity, the issue is the menu being displayed right below the “headlines” and “syndicate” positions, above the header.
The site has been running like that (broken if you ask me) since past 4 days. Is it normal for a paying customer to wait 4 days to get a obvious bug like this fixed?

May 9, 2010 at 8:28 am #343061Please start by restoring from a backup to before your update. From looking at your site you have many conflicting plugins, modules and components installed and just from the errors on IE I can see that at least 2 of them are not working. Until these are fixed it is very hard to say where your update went wrong.
May 9, 2010 at 2:01 pm #343068The template worked just fine before I upgraded to 1.4.1. Isn’t the duplicate menu an issue with the template?
How else can the menu be published twice?micrantha Friendmicrantha

May 9, 2010 at 2:56 pm #343070Hello,
It looks as if you have positioned your problem-menu in position of mega-item.
Apart from other possible problems that probably is the cause of the double menu.Good luck,

May 9, 2010 at 3:04 pm #343071Please roll back the template to a backup and then we can work on whatever is wrong. As I previously stated, there are a number of plugins and components also involved and we need to try and determine exactly where the conflicts are. It appears you have a Nifty plugin (from the errors thrown up by IE) installed and that is causing ll sorts of conflicts. It also appears you are using old fireboard modules which also appear to be throwing up IE errors.
Was this site migrated from a joomla 1.0 site at one time?
May 9, 2010 at 3:12 pm #343072yes I had migrated from joomla 1.0 last year
May 10, 2010 at 12:29 am #343084I went back and tried to roll back using the JA Update component, but it keeps rolling back to 1.4.1
May 11, 2010 at 11:54 am #343234Joomla Art Support guys,
Are you going to do anything for me? I am unable to roll back to the older template version. Do you think an uninstall and re-install of the template would work?
May 11, 2010 at 5:32 pm #343261I uninstalled the template and then installed v 1.4.0 of the template. Seems to like it much better…
As a paying customer I feel I have to give this feedback:
I have purchased components and templates from others before, Yoothemes, Azrul, iJoomla, etc. I have had much better and a much more timely response from them all. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the support I got ( I don’t have time to get into the details of the code, though I do have the ability to do so) here.
That is the reason I chose to buy the software and the purchase, however I am disinclined to purchase anything else from Joomla Art in future! It might not mean much to you guys, but just making a great product is only half the battle, you have to follow up with better service as well, if you want to retain your customers.
I am currently investigating Rockettheme’s Mediamogul template and I will seriously contemplate replacing the Teline template with that.
