Hi I want to upgrade from Joomlart extension, ja bulletin, ja slideshow etc etc but I see this message:”: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.” Why? I can not upgrade?

Hi

Did you checked that in the service manager settings you have correctly entered your Joomlart account details ?
