Hi forum,

I am still running an old version of JA Tiris 2011 for Joomla 1.7.x and would like to upgrade without losing data.
Would like more info how to approach an up-grade like this. I already upgraded from joomla 1.7 –> 2.5.14

I would prefer to make use of the quick start option (new clean install of Joomla 2.5 + JA Tiris) if possible.

You may want to consider employing template overrides to protect certain elements you have customized.
