The download version supports upto JOOMLA 3.2.1 but I have tested to upgrade JOOMLA 3.4 from our local and anything on site is working fine. You have to do with steps below

+ Backup all your site first and make sure it can restore back when your site has problem during time to process upgrading on your site

+ Upgrade JOOMLA 3.3.6 on your site to JOOMLA 3.4

+ Click Purge Cache button after done and clear cache on your site.
