    I just upgradaed to joomla 3.6.. immediately i have no access to backend nor frontend with error 500.

    I upgraded by copying the joomla 3.6 tar.gz file to root and extract.

    What do you think the problem is?

    Sorry but we cannot do websites updates – Joomlart is offering a dedicated custom service for this at cost starting at $40 HERE you can request it, or you can also hire a developer to have it done.

    Yes you can update it using the ja extension manager component

    if thats the case, could you find out why your template throws error 500 when i update the joomla? im gonna update it now so you may see?

    I looked at your backend and noted you have other 3rd part extensions installed –

    Did you verified that all of them are compatible with Joomla 3.6. ?

    How you established that the error 500 is caused by the ja wall update ?
