How do I upgrade Ja Magz II via ftp if my host has blocked me from the back-end?

    Hi
If you have access to admin panel I suggest you update template using JA Extension Manager that is safe and easy. Here are the steps

Without access to the admin side, you have to update the template each file by replacing them. I suggest you try this at localhost first as it’s not the correct way to update templates.

In that case, you can follow the suggestion I shared, Anyway without admin access, you can not handle other things as well, so I suggest you talk to your service provider to fix the admin issue.

    Regards
