i can’t understand the reason of these warnings upgrading ja_portfolio template

Warning: fopen (/ja_portfolio/jaupdater.ja_portfolio.xml) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/bean/Products.php on line 243

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/bean/Products.php on line 244

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /administrator/components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/bean/Products.php on line 245

all folders and files are 777 chmoded.

Any suggestions?

As the warning message, the update function could not open file in ja_portfolio folder. Plz check again yourself and ensure the folder is rewritable.
