January 11, 2009 at 7:01 am #136979Hi,
I upgraded from 1.5.8 to 1.5.9 and when I check the site the images are not appearing on the front end ( Ja news and headlines) but when you click the link “read more”, the images appear and same problem with other pages. How can I fix this?
I attached the images
Thanks in advance

I upgraded from 1.5.7 to 1.5.9, and there are no problems…

January 11, 2009 at 1:27 pm #285894That’s a strange issue – the update doesn’t modify your actual JA template folder. I’ve had no problems either.
Check your modules and plug ins, just in case some have been reenabled or disabled for some reason.

January 11, 2009 at 5:50 pm #285944Yes I used the relevant patch. I extracted the patch from 1.5.8 to 1.5.9 zip then I uploaded the folders using FTP.

January 11, 2009 at 5:57 pm #285946Do you have a live URL?
Did you alter the news parameters in any way. It looks from your screenshot above that teline is trying to display the images but the path is wrong or the images are not there.

January 11, 2009 at 6:21 pm #285950I fixed the problem I tried to disabled one plugin (attachment) and the images appear. I guess the plugin does not work with 1.5.9 or something. I replaced with a different plugin. Thank you…Thank you for the advise. 🙂
