Hello,

I just finished migrating from Joomla 1.5.26 to Joomla 2.5.9. using jupgrade. I previously used JA Teline iii v.2 when I purchased in 2010. I just purchased the JA Teline iii for Joomla 2.5. I am receiving a 404 error when I try to access the /upgrade version of my website. The only problems I know I have had in this are: 1) the extension manager says my PHP temporary directory us not set. 2) I am unable to upload the “source” file in the JA Teline III package. It says it cannot find the XML setup file. This zipped file contains a fonts and psd folder. I know that when I try to use different templates the 404 error message looks different. I have enabled all the plug ins and modules that came with the JA Teline III package. Can you help me identify why I can’t bring up my site. If I leave off the /upgrade off the website, I can still use the old Joomla 1.5 version. I do have access to the /upgrade/administrator though.

Hi Andrew,

I try to access your backend and it seems that JAT3 plugin and JA Teline III have not been installed yet. Did you try to install them?
