I need a secure way to allow uploads to my site through the front end by registered users. the upload needs to be able to support about 100 mb top and i need to make sure that they are scanned by a virus scanner.

If the virus scanner is not possible then i will just upload to a certain file and scan it myself with a virus scan then change the folder. either way i need an easy to use upload capability that allows a huge transfer through the front end.

This is going to be used for .zip and .rar files.

If it is not available for free i could buy it but I do not have a lot of money left.
