when i try to upload a flash video and press flash icon it gives me following error

“The file browser is disabled for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator and check the CKFinder configuration file.”

sorry, can you please explain the issue in more detail ? where did you upload the flash, video? via tools of the editor or on which component?
