I can’t upload images or documents. Either as an employer or a job seeker.

I get the browse option but no option to upload after browsing for the image.

Additionally if I want to edit my details – any changes I make don’t save??

Any ideas

Hi Normads,

I already logged in your site http://nomadshostels.com/jobs/ with Employer account huvanvinh/chuvanvinh and could see that there is no error occurred (Firefox, IE8.0)

Could you please recheck the validity of file type and file size for uploaded image/document ?

Using firefox..

As a Job seeker I’ve….
I tried a jpg 173kb
and a word document 51 kb

I also tried to edit the title (under edit resume ection and above the image area) and I couldn’t edit it at all.

Like I said I don’t get an upload option so after browsing and changing text I click on save – it says it’s done but nothing changes.

I tried changing the text without attempting to upload any images or documents and I couldn’t do that either.

Pretty much if I try to edit – nothing happens.

As an employer….
I’ve tried to upload an image this also doesn’t work

Just to clarify I’m trying to login to the front end to check the settings for any potential job seekers and employers

JA List Job module in Edit Resume Detail page was enabled and it caused your issue.

However, I am unable to edit data on http://nomadshostels.com with using your provided FTP account:

Host: http://ftp.nomadshostels.com

Kindly check and give us the valid one to get a direct fix.

No to open new thread I will post my question here.

I have a problem, which occurred today. In the Media Manager we were uploading images to web site. Today we do not see the button Browse for files. Actually we do see it only for a short time (half second) if I reload page, then this Browse button disappears. What have we set wrong?

You can reconfigure via /administrator/index.php?option=com_config => System => Enable Flash Uploader = No
