Do not load properly CSS styles on the web for explorers and safari windows only loads properly in chrome, wide screen sizes are not correct in IE and Chrome cell size is not open the modified images of the original template. Please is urgent if they can tell me what is wrong and how to fix it.

I tested in IE8 y Safarri 5.1.7 Chrome Versi?n 43.0.2357.134

please help!!
