I am working on a financial project. Requirement is something like this :-
Few questions and each question has 3-4 options. Each option has a point. Example :
1. Question 1
- Option1 [1 point]
- Option2 [3 point]
- Option3 [5 point]
2. Question 2
- Option1 [1 point]
- Option2 [3 point]
- Option3 [5 point]
3. Question 3
- Option1 [1 point]
- Option2 [3 point]
- Option3 [5 point]
After these questions are answered the output should be something like :
Risk Profile Result = Points [based on options]
We should have an input – Name, Email & Mobile. A mail should go to administrator & the person who has taken the questionnaire.
Any extension available for my requirement?
