    I purchase Ja Job board over a week ago, and i cannot get my licn. key to work. The problem seems to be that the site is on my server and will be linked to the domain name later. The licn. key is registered under the domain name that I will be linking to. I have submitted serveral tickets concerning this issue and it has not been fixed. All i need done is have the registered domain switched. I have also sent PM and nothing. And here is the real kicker…my trail licn. expires today!!!. If it expires …i am dead in the water. I am getting just a tad upset that most of my tickets response emails are being ignored, and teh fact they all the support is in 1 time zone..so all my responses that i do get back late nice/earlt morning.

    I never used this service. However, in terms of getting difficult issues resolved, I had more success by sending a PM to MICCAS. In case he cannot resolve it, he may send it to Hung.

    So it is already late evening there already. The silver lining was that the issue he resolved for me was way past the deadline. I was rendered “unlicensed”, I think I should still be licensed based on the record. So, I argued my case. I gave extra Credit points for my renewal for reasons I explained in my PM, and he even reimbursed those extra credit points. In this sense, he is fair.

    If you present your case well enough, maybe with proofs, it might help. The post above is not clear enough for me, like you said “trial”. Did you pay, or do you plan to continue using the service, if you are satisfied?

    No guarantees though. I expect it will be a case to case basis.

    Yes, i already paid for the full licn. and I got the Licn. key, but the licn key will not activate on my site. i got a few emails back from the support team, but it seems that they are missing what I told them, that i need to changed the registered name. I also seem to get a different person once I reply.

    You mean technical support from your hosting service when you stated “…i got a few emails back from the support team”? Which hosting serrvice do you use?

    Sometimes, the issue is with the hosting service.

    Which company are you referring to here: “I also seem to get a different person once I reply.”? Joomlart or your hosting service?

    I forgot to add, other than MICCAS (check spelling) maybe CC it to JA Developer.

    Just keep your cool for now. It is unlikely to be resolved today, it may take time since it involves three parties — you, Joomlart and your hosting service.

    Sorry..it has nothing to do with my hosting survice..its just me and Joomlart. I meant the Ja Support team. I am re doing a site for a client and she already has a site up. I registered the name under that name. Well..the licn will not work b/c i have the site on one of my folders ie mysite.com/joomla . So this is what is causeing the issue, Im guess i need to have the licn registered to the folders full path.

    Yes…..I have submitted several…and my trial period just ended…so i cannot do anything untill this is done. I PM hung twice..but i know he is busy so he prolly hasnt cked it.

    OK…..so another day an no response from JA.. Ive submitted support tickets…PM’s and forums..and nothing. Its been over a week now. The trial licn has expired..i am dead in the water cannot get anyting done until this is fixed. This is CRITICAL!!!!!..i need this fixed NOW!

    Its been over a week since i purchased the licn key…and it still will not work..i week of emails with no clear responses……where is the support..i cant even use the product that I purchased a week ago.

    Cant you just request a trial under the domain/server you want to use it on now?

    Would at least give you some time to work with it until JA fixes the problem.
