Hi
I installed quick start package and template on IE browser looks weird as attached screenshot. Do I need additional setting or how can I get correct view? The other browsers look ok. Thanks.
May 20, 2014 at 12:59 am #535780I have the same problem. The layout was fine on Chrome, FF but collapsed on IE.
NOTE: I run this on local server with Win 2008 IIS 7.5 and PHP 5.5.12Manos ModeratorManos

May 20, 2014 at 1:22 am #535781Hi,
can you please check our demo and let us know if you face the same problem? Also what IE version you get those errors ?
Regards
May 20, 2014 at 1:40 am #535782Hi,
I use IE 9. Your demo layout is fine on IE.
I hosted the site on both local (using xampp) and on linux server .
At first , both layout collapse on IE . now local one is fine and the issue is still on linux server.
Please advise.
May 20, 2014 at 3:48 am #535798I just installed quick start package again on both local and linux server.
local is fine but the same issue is still on server.
Will that be server-related issue ? Can you please suggest how to fix ?

May 20, 2014 at 9:04 am #535838Hi,
Please check permissions on your linux server, make sure that Joomla can write on every needed folder.
May 20, 2014 at 3:55 pm #535907I tested with QuickStart package, the layout is working fine with Chrome and FF, but layout is collapsed in IE
My Environment: Windows 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5, PHP 5.5.12, IE 11 (downgraded to IE10 and same results).
Please advise what should be done next?

May 20, 2014 at 4:49 pm #535931@pascm: I downloaded the PHP 5.5.12 from the official PHP website here: http://windows.php.net/download/
I think you meant: PHP 5.6.x is not released yet.
