    HI please add user name and pass and in service config. in JA extension manager .
    Update T3 and Joomla on your test site .
    For Joomla site backup i suggest you to use Akeeba Backup component .
    Here is link

    Note : Don`t play with our live site , Always take backup of your site before any Update .

    Hello you have selected Full width layout in for your template and it does not contain
    top-home 1 2 3 and sidebar 1 2 .>>> http://prntscr.com/57kruw
    Go to template manager >>> ja_nex_t3 – Default >>layout
    and change the layout to sidebar -content . You can see all the module positions in the layout sections .

    ADD this code in your custom.css file
    /template/your ja template/css/custom.css
    add this code

    .t3-mainnav .logo-image a {
    background-image: none;
    }

    if there is no custom.css file then create a file with name custom.css

    First i request you to open a new thread for a different problem .
    Now its not problem you are using responsive template and it does not have this kind of options . its auto resize as per windows size .
