Update T3 and Joomla on your test site .
For Joomla site backup i suggest you to use Akeeba Backup component .
Here is linkNote : Don`t play with our live site , Always take backup of your site before any Update .

top-home 1 2 3 and sidebar 1 2 .>>> http://prntscr.com/57kruw
Go to template manager >>> ja_nex_t3 – Default >>layout
and change the layout to sidebar -content . You can see all the module positions in the layout sections .

First i request you to open a new thread for a different problem .
