September 3, 2008 at 8:03 pm #132918Hi there,
I purchased Olivine to use the Blue-Green color version of the template. However, after installing the Quickstart version on my server, the green colors of the Blue-Green version are markedly different than those on the Joomlart demo server (which are preferable). My website is http://www.myGI.info. Please help us restore the colors as displayed on the Joomlart demo server, before we progress with the development of our website.
Additionally, the fonts are different in the drop down menus. Please compare http://www.myGI.info with http://www.joomlart.com/templates_demo.php?template=ja_pyrite.
Thanks in advance for your time and support.
Kind regards,
OmidSherlock FriendSherlock

September 4, 2008 at 4:45 pm #268776Hi nguoiabcd,
Thank you for your reply and I realize that I can edit the template how I want. In fact, I can create a template from scratch if I wanted. But this is not what I want to do, and this is exactly why I wished to purchase a template (save time). I purchased the product for which there was a live demo, and what was delivered to me was markedly different that the demonstration. When can I have the template that was marketed?
Omid

September 5, 2008 at 4:37 am #268859Hi nguoiabcd,
This did not fix the issue. I would suspect the CSS files would need to be corrected.

September 9, 2008 at 10:43 pm #269827Hi nguoiabcd,
This does not address all the issues I listed. For example, why is the text in the drop down menus different. See http://www.MyGI.info vs your demo site. Please provide us with the template that you are displaying as a demo: that it what we paid for!
Thank you in advance,
Omid -
