Just curious — did your redemption go through?

I have redeemed my points for renewal quite some time ago and my membership expires tomorrow. I have sent PM’s to Hung and Miicah (sorry if I spelled that wrong) but haven’t heard anything at all.

I know it is supposed to be processed on Fridays, but it appears from your post and from my discussions with others that hasn’t been happening.

Sending pm’s to Hung is rather pointless i wouldnt expect a response on that.

But Miccas normally reacts on pm’s and he is the one that handles the redemptions, but he is quite busy lately and not on much. Im sure tho he will pick it up when he’s on.

Well if their rules and policy to paid Joomlart customers is to look at and approve/disapprove any redemption requests on Fridays, and they are not doing this, then that is a problem.

Maybe they need to find someone who is capable of fulfilling their promise to their customers?
