pfft! we’re both just trying to help. TBH, I wouldn’t worry about memory allocation until after munders undoes the changes he makes and tries again with a different config or re-installs that tabs file.

PLease do not assume I am a developer. I am not. I have done EXACTLY what Joomlart suggest for installation. I have not touched anything else. I host other Joomlart templates on my host server which work fine. This is what makes me wonder if there is an error with the files from quickstart, but i checked these forums and no one else mentions it.

OK, so just to confirm, i need to find out how to create a php.ini file?

I have re-downloaded the files and re-uploaded, but still no luck.

Eureka! I fixed it myself.

I looked through the servers folders and found one that said ‘Switch to PHP5’.

The default on this host is PHP4.

I switched to php5 and hey presto, my site now shows.
