Hi I’ll to use the plugin Sam Gallery ! But it’s not working !

When I create portfolio folder, when I click on a picture I have a white square. (with sometimes the red cross inside).

I read I need to use Lightbox mambot !

I install it, but it’s not working too ! Does there are some code lines to add in php files ???

Attach this in youre index.php template file (between de head tag)

rel="lightbox"

Works on every page of youre website.

I’l now it works, because i use it on my website 😉

But i only use it with self coded imageicon , not in a photogallery component ..

If you want i can check ure website … sent me your msn by pm
If i found a solution i’l post the solution here to help other memebers to.

ahhhh !! it doesnt work !

it doesnt work with sam gallery
and when I create a image with a link using rel=”lightbox” in href, the picture appear but without the effect…

Then i’m sure you did it wrong, i use it and i’l now it works for sure.

Maybe a conflict between two script …

Ps : What editor do u use on Joomla ? And did u deactivate the sam gallery before u tested slimbox seperatly ?

Can u post your website link, to have a vieuw on it ?

As i see in your index.php file, u ar opening now 2 scripts ?

lightbox and slimbox activation code are the same, how u want to have not a conflict beteween those 2 if you are refering to rel=”lightbox’ ?

did you upload a french version of Fagus to have your site in french? Where can i upload the french version of Fagus …

there is no french version of fagus ! you only need to install the french langage plugin for joomla frontend.
and after need to modify some item, in the index.php file, translate the module title, etc.

PS : si tu es français fais moi signe ca sera plus simple pour t’expliquer 😉

You need to add this line in your article, gallery, or any other document where you want to put image:

{slimbox images/stories/img_1.jpg,images/stories/timg_1.jpg,Things I like;}

On http://www.digitalia.be/software/slimbox just follow the explanation and you will manage to implement slimbox to work.
