Hi,

We have problems applying a coupon of 50% discount to our developer membership renewal. The coupon promises 50% OFF from the renewal price, or US$ 115.

When we apply the coupon, it say it can not be used.

What should we do? The coupon expires today and we want to give you money….

Quick one please. For cases like this, is there a grace period that can be provided? Or at least an exception?

No, we cannot make exception on case like this or else it would not be fair to other members.
