As you can see the error is from the Virtualmart component. You can remove the tcpdf component to fix it. and post the issue on Virtualmart forum for its compatibility issue with Joomla.Regards

About VM i suggest you to check the version on VM site.
If you are not using Tcpdf component you can remove it from Extensions > Manage Tab.
I suggest you to update the VM and TCpdf and report the bug to extension support team.Regards

You can take backup of site and remove it.

I can not tell you about it sir, its something that is used by you. I have no idea you are using the extension or not.
It would be better you will ask your developer to see this. Or if you have not used it you can remove it.
