August 18, 2008 at 2:50 pm #132345Hi
I’m in the process of transferring our site from the ‘test’ domain to our live domain.
I’ve transferred all files, etc., and things are ‘kind of’ going OK. However, got a really strange font problem.
All fonts appear ‘two sizes’ down on the final domain compared to the ‘test’ domain’.
Test domain: http://www.joomla.questbg.com
Live domain: http://www.questbg.com
Anybody any ideas what could cause this, and how to fix?
Thanks

August 18, 2008 at 3:02 pm #265826Hi Menalto
in the subdomain (joomla.questbg) the fonts look fine
in the main site (questbg.com), they are all too small (I have to click text size ‘+’ twice to make it look the same)?
I’m also having FTP problems so can’t even supply a screen grab!
Could you check both sites and see problem please?
Many thanks

August 18, 2008 at 3:23 pm #265836Hi Menalto
I’ve checked the site in Safari and Firefox, same problem. Maybe this is Macintosh issue?
Did you refresh both sites? Problem is still the same here. I will try fix my screengrab problem and upload samples

August 18, 2008 at 3:28 pm #265839OK. I’ll try here:
Here’s the ‘test’ site in how it looks now I’ve published live in the new domain:
Here’s the site how it looks in the test site in the subdomain:
Even if this is a Mac issue, I really need a fix urgently!
First option is not acceptable. I’ve got lots of ‘paid for’ advertising in place starting at midnight tonight (5.5 hours from now in Bulgaria!)
Thanks

August 18, 2008 at 3:48 pm #265852Thanks Menalto. Both of yours are ‘wrong’. I want it to look like my second screen grab above.
On your grabs everything is too small, polls, article text, etc.
In Admin, Font Size is set to ‘1’? This doesn’t seem right to me as this is the smallest setting?
Should I try to change this to 2 or 3 to fix?
Thank You

August 18, 2008 at 4:12 pm #265855Hi Menalto
Changed to 3 and all looks how it should.
I don’t have a PC at the moment, could you screen grab the first FrontPage article for me please?
Thanks again
