Hi,

We have changed the menu navigation (In template manager) on the default template, as shown here… …

However after saving and refreshing the page it seems to have a problem as the menu now looks like this….

This is how the menu should look…

We have tried changing it back to the original menu on in the template menu navigation and we have ensured that the off-canvas menu is turned on.

Please advise how to resolve as soon as possible.

We appear to have resolved… For some reason all of the menu items we’re no longer under the original parent menu items.
I will update if we have any further issues.
