    Hello,

I use JA Nex Template. Today I installed the availiable updates, including the theme and T3 framework.
After all, system responds: The plugin JAT3 framework must be installed and enabled.

    Could you help me please!

    My website is http://chrysogelos.gr/.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

You must have the JA T3 plugin enabled, please log on to your Joomla Admin Panel, go to plugins and scroll down to check for the T3 plugin.
Make sure the plugin is installed properly

The only T3 plugin named “T3 Framework” is enabled.

    Right,

I don’t know what happened, but it exists on FTP folder (/httpdocs/new/templates/ja_nex).

Try to reinstall a fresh copy and let me know if that helps

Also please check your error_log file it’s full so you might need to sort that out first and see if there’s any server related issue that’s causing problems to your installation .

    Thank for your quick reply,

Now I have a new template (“ja_nex_t3 – Default”) in template manager, but not the other colored templates (red, green, blue…) as previously.

    Hello,

I am 90% certain that there’s a compatibility issue with your host or something that causes permission issues to your account.
But before that let me check with the rest of the team in case i miss something.

    Hello,

I am not sure how you did that but it appears that you have both JAT3 v2 and v3 installed.
My suggestion to this point is this.
Uninstall both versions, make sure you clear all JAT3 files from your account
Install the version you can download form the link i provided to you previously and see if that solves your problem.
