You Are Here is coming from the Breadcrumb module . You can find and change it from
/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_breadcrumbs.ini
Find `

MOD_BREADCRUMBS_FIELD_SHOWHERE_DESC="Show/Hide "You are here" text in the Pathway"

Change **Your are Here** with your word .
