It is just fine on my side – URL, account and password are correct.

By the way – the problem has nothing to do with Joomla 3.7, it is actually still on 3.6.5

Pls. close this request I fixed it myself by removing all slides and adding one after the other back in. No idea what caused it though. Probably not interesting for you anyhow as the ACM extension/module seems to be abandoned just like the slideshow extension.
