Hello.

How do I my domain looks

‘http://ptacu.com/index.php/physical-therapy/acute-pain’

instead of
‘http://ptacu.com/index.php/physical-therapy/2012-01-23-20-42-14/acute-pain’

Some of my site url include date within url.
