I have no clue what is going on with my site. The tabs at the top say Home, About Us, SEO, Web Design.

When I hit about us the url is http://www.website.com/submit-an-article/about-web-site.html

If I hit SEO the url says http://www.website.com/about-web-site/menu-showcase/mega-menu/seo-services.html

If I hit web design tab it goes to http://www.website.com when It should says something like website.com/web-design.html

If I hit the icon at the top left it goes to my web design page and not my home page.

Only way I can get to my home page is if I go to http://www.website.com/homepage.html

Basically, Why are my urls not in saying http://www.website.com/aboutus.html http://www.website.com/web-design.html

I’m using 1.6 btw

I have figured out why web design was the default page, but everything else is still messed up as before.

Search Engine Friendly URLs – yes

Use Apache mod_rewrite – yes

adds suffix to url – no

unicode aliases – yes

include site name in page title – no

In the .htaccess file the # was removed from rewrite /

I gave up with 1.6 and went back to 1.5 because I know it works correctly. Thanks for your help.
