March 14, 2014 at 10:33 pm #526774Hello again,
Its been over a week and still no reply/suggestion/fix for this. No chat/phone call support either… how do I get support? 1st time in a couple of years I ask for support and none is received. Disappointing.

March 15, 2014 at 3:40 am #526786sorry, But I couldn’t see the error you experienced and so I was helpless to help you. so, I asked you to repopulate the issue.
Now I checked the site Again, I see the issue now.
you need to edit this code for the article
https://colnetwork.com/index.php/mis-productos-mv/maquina-virtual-en-la-nube
Remove this code class=”modal” in the following code
<a class="modal" href=https://cp.colnetwork.com/UserPortal/org.ovirt.engine.ui.userportal.UserPortal/UserPortal.html?locale=es_ES rel="{handler: 'iframe', size: {x:'1024',y:'600'}}">elastix.colnetwork.com
</a>this would fix the issue
March 15, 2014 at 3:44 am #526787Hello again,
If I remove ‘class=”modal” Joomla will not load up the URL in a modal window. I will just open it on an external window. You may see the result now.
Thanks
