July 4, 2007 at 12:04 am #223333Hi ncrc,
Great list of links. The only one I never knew about was Nvu (pronounced N-view). It looks promising for those who can’t afford Dreamweaver. That post reminded me of another open source program that would be of enormous benefit to the users here. The Gimp for editing .psd files.
It is suposed to be just as robust as Photoshop, and best of all it’s free. http://www.gimp.org/bigrk Friendbigrk

July 4, 2007 at 12:13 pm #223378Nice links bigrk!
The Joomla Help Site is one that I am sure is well needed here. 😉
I have been using the Color Schemer for a few years now and although a paid program, it’s very useful, and the CSS guide is very useful too. I purchased the Media 65 template extension, but decided to go with Joomlart instead so I could concentrate on the content. I will check out the rest.
Thanks!Anyone else?

Hi Bill
Good to see you active on the forum again looking forward to more of your great tutorials, and anticipating lots of votes for member of the month this time was close last month wasn’t it?Re the links I have a lot but I don’t see many using them or indeed knowing they exist we have to start a dedicated thread where al external helpful links can reside they just get overlooked or missed otherwise, I can provide links to how to edit graphics but no one would go there as it’s too hard to learn etc etc and someone here will do it for ya attitude:)
I’m trying too churn out video instructional stuff but college starts next Tuesday and I still have an assignment to redo hee hee
I’ll see what direction JA goes regarding improvements etc as you raised in another thread etc first I think
Cheers ShannonN

July 4, 2007 at 10:59 pm #223425Hey Shannon,
Same here on seeing you active again. 🙂I was actually hoping that this would become a dedicated links thread. I am sure that the members who are willing to take the time to learn will find it useful. As for the others, they will always be lamers. Post for the grateful ones and forget the rest.
Don’t worry too much about the assignment. The project is not going anywhere soon and will still be around when you are ready to work on it. 😉
Have Fun!
