I’ve been working with the kyanite template but suddenly the image which is supposed to be in the user1 position is gone and I can’t seem to find where to control any of the user modules except #5 under the module menu. Can someone tell me where these modules are located so I can modify the images and the links associated with them?

Sorry this does not help me at all. I know where user1 is supposed to be on the web site. It is not there. Nor can I edit any of the images in the other user positions. In other words the modules are not in the module section of my administrator panel or in the plugin section. Where can I find these modules since they are not there but still appearing on the web site:

I’m not sure how looking at the link you sent provides an answer to what I asked.

Can you pls see this snaphot, the user1 is staying on your template.

Kindly check again and let me know if you have enabled any module on there. if you have not seen the user 1 inside dropdown you can refer this thread knowing how to define a position: http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_add_a_new_template_position%3F

You can pm me the account, i will check this issue if you could not resolve this
