Some reason the gap between USER 9 and USER 10 is bigger then normal.

Anyone know why?

The gap is set by the width in template_css.css (line 1057)…

#ja-botsl-right {
background:#59B2C4 url(../images/botsl-right-bg.gif) repeat scroll left top;
color:#FFFFFF;
float:right;
padding:15px 0;
width:19%;
}

20% = No gap
