Hi,
How do I get User 1,2,5,6,7 modules dispalyed on the bottom of the site? (same as demo)

And also how do I have Testimonials and Our Staff menu on the left?

You only publish modules at those position, they will display like dem0. Go to Module manager, choose module what you want to display, choose Position to display and publish it.
