Unfortunately, for issues such as this, it is difficult to properly diagnose the issue without being able to both access your site online, as well as (in this case) check some configurations within your site administration.

Is there any chance you can upload the site to your webhost server – even if temporarily? Remember, you can always set it to “offline” and restrict access to only those who you provide the login info.
