Hi,
I noticed ja_tab in user6 position takes lots of time to load. Some times it crashes the IE if I try to do something when it is loading. Can you help me to improve the performance a bit? Also is it possible to remove the sliding effect from it? I saw in one site it is very fast but they do not use sliding effect.

Well Raj, i tested from FF and IE 7 and i can’t see any problem and tabs loading fast. A screenshot will help
