User 6 modules disappear when I log in any ideas?

Okay…looking…and on your page I’m not seeing USER6 as being activated. (see attached)

In ADMINISTRATOR > EXTENTIONS > MODULE MANAGER check to make sure you have a module in Position USER6 and that it is ENABLED.
