    Hi members,

    When I come to checkout, I face this problem. “User ID was not found in database”, attached with image file.

    Anyone can help?

    Hi,

    I saw that error in the virtuemart forum.so this is the answer and the link.try it will work

    Problem is in the payment type “bankoverschrijving”, sorry this is the dutch wordt for it. I this the englisch for it is “Bank debet”.
    Just don’t use this one.

    Hi,

    I found the solution myself, I have to uncheck the “Bank Debit”, this is a virtuemart bug. Thanks anyway.
