From memory the user ratings is a selectable function you turn on or off in the admin backend?

in global/content/Item Rating/Voting: tick the show box

This must one the most embarrassing moments in my joomla life 🙂 . I`ve installed joomla several times just the last days and I totallly forgot to turn it on.

Pleas dont tell this do anyone 😉 …
