Go on backend of JA Antares, log into the admin panel>Extensions>Template Manager–> select JA Antares template and press edit at top right. Then you change ” No display” for “Display template tool” select box. OK?

If you use joomla 1.0 you have open index.php in templates folder and search this code
<blockquote>$ja_tool = 3; // 0: disable all; 1: disable color, enable screen; 2: enable color, disable screen; 3: enable all.
</blockquote>
I think it’s line 30. And now you only net change value it to what you want like 0 to disable all.
