In the backend Template editor, there is no way to turn the user tools on/off. Does anyone have a suggestion about getting that to show? The font sizing tool is required for this site.

maybe this is something that will be added in an update to the template?

might be worth adding your comments in the feedback request section too.

I thought that it was already part of the template. There are referencing CSS lines, and it appears in the user guide.
